Privacy Policy

Epic Mentors ("we," "us," or "our") is part of eKalani. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit epicmentors.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.

When you fill out a form on the site, we collect the name and email address you provide. We also collect basic technical information that your browser shares automatically, such as your device type, browser, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. Our signup forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects hardware and software information to help tell people apart from automated spam, under Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We use your name and email to send you the updates you asked for, including news about upcoming events, trainings, and offers from Epic Mentors. We use technical information to keep the site secure and working properly and to understand how visitors use it so we can improve it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your information is stored and our emails are sent through the Builder by HBA and HBA Emailer platforms provided by Home Business Academy, which process it on our behalf. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Some links on the site lead to third-party websites, including Home Business Academy event and program pages. Many of these are referral links, which means we may earn a commission or receive credit if you register or make a purchase through them. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

The site uses cookies, which are small files stored by your browser, to keep pages working and to understand how visitors use the site. When you first visit, you can accept or decline the cookies that are not essential. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended without them.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message. You may also contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed or as long as we need it for the purposes described here, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of the page, and your continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
